The masterclasses will be taking place across key locations across West Yorkshire for exposure and collaboration across the West Yorkshire regions supporting organisations.  

The Scale Up programme will consist of a series of engaging events to learn, develop and support the Innovators in the following areas: 

Funding and investment for growth 

  1. Scale Up funding opportunities
  2. Private investment from seed funding through to series C 
  3. Investment strategy for growth 
  4. Process of raising investment 
  5. Investment mentors and Innovators 

Scaling your organisation 

  • Scaling your workforce/talent 
  • Maximising back office processes
  • Strategic project management 

Expansion further into the NHS 

  • Local commissioning strategies 
  • National commissioning strategies 
  • National endorsement strategies
  • Scale-up strategies

Expansion Internationally 

  • International expansion strategy 
  • US market deep dive 
  • Middle East market deep dive 
  • Europe market deep dive 

These events will take place from December through to March 2026. 

Mentorship & Innovator Priorities Support 

As part of both the programmes, each Innovator will be assigned a Digital Navigator to work alongside them to identify their immediate priorities, provide support and mentorship. This tailored package of support will aim to support the Innovators progress into the NHS. 

Each Innovator will also receive support from the Propel Healthtech partners, including the West Yorkshire Incubators/Innovation centres, NHS partners and relevant clinical support. 

Propel Connect 

All participants will gain access to the Propel Connect platform, a website and App which will provide you with access to the Propel partners, NHS & regional stakeholders, programme content & events. As well as regular communications & the Propel Alumni.
